Message: This was an awesome FREE class. It was very informative and helpful with me making my lifestyle change. Dennis will get you started and work with you through your process. When I had questions or concerns if I was even doing it right he was there to answer me. In 2 months I lost 20lbs sticking to what was instructed. It was a little rough in the beginning, but after day four it got better. My goal for 2019 was to get beach body ready for my first cruise and he has help me achieve that goal.
