Message: From my experience, most of the staff are willing to help you find products. I have been given a point in the general direction and left to find the products myself, on a couple of occasions. I will use my Lowe's app to locate products most of the time. Finding certain products can be hard since the letters of the aisles appear to be out of sequence in one section of the store. If a product is not in stock, the staff will typically assure you that they can order it online. It's an all around good store with a decent selection of materials.

Message: Lowe's has the best selection for groceries of the stores available in Hickory. the produce is typically a better quality then what you are finding at the competitors especially in regards to freshness. I also appreciate how many local brands they work to incorporate in the store. I think this particular location needs an update, as it does not seem to have the features of some of the other locations in the area.

Message: All the folks who work here are so helpful: from management to the guys who bag your groceries. They're also very patient with small children, so this is a great grocer to use when you have a young family. I don't really go to a different Lowes! I feel more comfortable here.

Message: The staff at this store is the most friendly and helpful at any grocery store in town. Lowes Foods has great prices and good fresh local products. If you live in this area, you don't need to drive anywhere else to do your grocery shopping.

Message: Very clean store and the staff is very helpful. The bakery has some great items, the deli is well stocked, and there is a decent beer selection here. We often pick up food for tail gating or dinner events here.

Message: Great customer service! And their dress code is so classic! The produce always look fresh. The deals on beer some weeks are better than Wal-mart. The workers are very friendly except for this older lady who worked at the smokers corner. She was not very friendly. I visit this store about 2-3 times a week. 9/10 of the time I would recommend this store. I just hope you guys don't run into that grumpy store clerk.

Message: The set of the store makes sense. The isles are straight instead of curved so things are easier to find. Good selection but a little pricey for the area. Quick in and out trips are possible. Staff is happy to help.
