Message: I had a very good experience at Food Lion. I was looking for one ingredient to make dinner tonight and it was not on the shelf. A Food Lion Associate (Amber) was stocking the shelves and asked me if I was finding what I needed. I told her what I was looking for, she confirmed it was not on the shelf and said she would check the back to see if she could find it. She even asked how many I needed. In a few minutes she was back with a smile on her face and the item I was looking for! Thank you for the five star customer service! KUDOS

Message: Food Lion was great. The people were nice. I walked in the door and asked where something was. The girl happily showed me. Three minutes later, I was outta there. It was semi-busy. Everyone was minding their own business as usual as people should do. The store was clean.
