Message: For the most part I am not willing to pay food lions higher prices but they do have good sales and it is close and they do great coupon mailers. Summary is that for specific things food lion os great but for others little higher priced and I can find cheaper similar items elsewhere.

Message: We're new to the area and placed our first order with this Food Lion location. My wife returned from picking up the order saying she had first traveled to the wrong location, but that the correct location not only called her, but assisted her with directions to the correct location. She also said there were two employees who came out with our order and that both were so pleasant she will be returning as a customer from now on. We both thank you for going above and beyond. Our order was prepared well in advance of the pickup time. Employees were courteous, professional and my wife was very pleased with the interaction. It has been a while since we have received customer service at such a high standard, but according to the reviews this is a norm for this store. Kudos to management for your training program. Your employees are a reflection of leadership and they represented you well today. Job well done!

Message: Food lion is good I would give 5 stars but their prices are wild. To be fair food lion does make up for their prices by providing unbeatable deals though. The employees are always nice and easy to approach. I recommend this store and signing up for their MVP program.

Message: This Food Lion location is well maintained, clean and well lit. The produce department is orderly and well stocked with a wide selection including local and organic fruits and vegetables.. The deli is not large but well organized. The staff is friendly. The prices are fair. There's plenty of parking and carts available. I've never seen it too crowded.. I'd recommend this Food Lion location to others and I myself shop here often when I'm in Jacksonville.
