Edible Arrangements

Message: Called ahead and was told that the arrangement would be ready anytime on the date requested and could come anytime.. drove 30 minutes to get it.. I was early but was told it would be ready anytime that entire day and could come early. Had not even started on it.

Message: I ordered online, which went very smoothly and pickup went fine too. The prices are high for what you're getting, in my opinion. Less stars also because the store was messy, and the person that helped me had on a dirty apron and I had to wait a bit for her to come out once I got there. She was very sweet, but it was just not a great impression on overall cleanliness.

Message: The photo of the product delivered looked great and I've always been satisfied with the quality of the items from edible arrangements. I'm writing this review specifically for your delivery person Johnna (I really hope that's a close enough spelling that you know who I'm speaking of). She really went above & beyond today to get my order delivered. The recipient wasn't at home and I wasn't able to reach her to determine when she would be home. Johnna was kind enough to go over and ask their neighbor to take the delivery and hold it for them so that it wouldn't be ruined waiting outside or have to go back to the store to have to remade (and paid for again by me) to be redelivered on Monday (it's a Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday) - great customer service, thank you!

Message: I ordered before 8am, and my arrangement still has not been delivered. Do not order from here if you are expecting your arrangement to be delivered in a timely manner. The worst part about it is, the place of delivery is approximately 11 minutes away from the store. I've ordered from Edible Arrangements before but this by far, has to be the worst one.. Update: I did speak with the owner. He explained that delivery times are not guaranteed (which he said is stated on the website). When I voiced my concerns about the place of delivery being 11 minutes away from the store, he stated the delivery route starts farthest away from the location and then comes closer to the store. He assured me my arrangement would be delivered by 2pm since there was only one driver and they are doing the best they can, as they are short staffed. It was delivered at 2:08pm. He was patient and professional. While I still did not like the experience, I am increasing the review stars because of him and his professionalism alone as I do not like the fact that there is no time range for delivery.
