Message: Excellent service and they value customers. Didn't charge me to go thru wash second time when oil debris did not come off the first time even though I offered to pay. Also owner helped hand washed car before second go thru. Great to be a regular at this place and always a pleasant experience.

Message: Great family owned business with a great staff and employees. No other car wash facility like it in the LKN region.

Message: UPDATE: 8/16/2022 - I've been back twice in the last month and have seen tremendous improvement. The cashiers have been friendly and engaged. *****************************************************. July/2022 - The manager called me about my review indicating their awareness of the problem and that they were working on resolving it. *****************************************************. I have used the car wash services for 6 years and have always had a great experience, in fact we have 2 ongoing subscriptions here for $64 per month. On the other hand, the young ladies in the market are very unprofessional. I have been in the Market at least 10 times, the last time was yesterday at 5:15 PM. Each and every time I have been there they never say hello, or greet the customer. They are always texting or having conversations with each other about anything and everything, (yesterday it was about a loser boyfriend), with absolutely no attention to the customer. No "hello", no "thank you" and no "have a good day. " It's like an inconvenience to them to do their job.. I love to give good reviews whenever I can. I rarely give bad reviews, anyone can have a bad day. What I've witnessed in the Brawley Market is simply bad business! I hope whatever leadership that is involved with this business understands that this is not a complaint, its a message that your staff needs training and supervision.. I notice other complaints and reviews and see no response from the owners giving gratitude or trying to resolve problems.

Message: One of my favorite places to get gas and grab a coffee. Great breakfast muffins and sliders on the go for a quick snack. Reasonably priced and friendly service with a clean store. Easy to get in and out of. The car wash looks amazing, though I have not tried it yet. Since this is a BP location, I use my BP app to pump gas and get reward points. Easy to pay through the app, too. Great place to stop in overall.
