Message: The staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to help you if you ask. I cannot lift a lot of heavy items, and they are so kind about helping me load them into my cart and my car. I've never been made to feel bad for needing their help, and this makes grocery shopping much better for me. Since the pandemic, I've used the Food Lion app many times to order groceries and schedule a pick up time where they load the groceries into my vehicle. It works smoothly, and it is a wonderful help.
